I had a few great teachers in my school years. They are the ones who inspired my love for learning new stuff. My math teacher in my last years of high school was a grumpy man. With his big beard and his gruff ways of talking to the class, he was the bogeyman of the class. However, under that appearance, there was a kind human being who loved his craft. To me, his teachings have been and still are fundamentals. Not math per se, but he taught me the beauty of logical thinking, of connecting thoughts and ideas to carve my way out of a problem.
