Don't blame the moon when things are not going your way.
Don't blame the clouds when it rains and you're getting wet.
Don't blame the stars if your dreams are going nowhere.
Don't blame the universe for your unhappiness.
Don't blame the gods or the divine for your pain.
Don't blame fate if you're not where you desire to be.
Sometimes, despite your best plans, intentions and efforts, things do not work.
They just don't.
And cursing the blizzard for sending everything upside down won't make it right.
Sure, it may help you feel better for a moment, but then you'll be back where you were. Facing the reality of things.
Yet, we all do it.
As if our fingers were magic wands, we cast them towards something far away, sometimes in the hope of turning them in our favour, but most of the time, just to curse them.
How dare the sky get in the way of my dream?
Unfortunately, blaming may make you feel better but seldom produces any result.
On the contrary, it holds you back from taking responsibility for your circumstances and doing the work that may lead to some real change.
Don’t blame the stars.
Choose your way.
"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." — Viktor Frankl
