#1315 - Care. Presence. Spirituality.

A few days ago, I wrote about using three words to plan a personal journey. This morning I woke up a little flat and struggled to find something to write about.
As I learned from Van Gogh, I don't stare at the blank page for too long, but I throw some words on the page. They don't have to mean anything in particular; they just have to break the spell of the empty page.
This morning, the three words that came up describe my 2022.
To be honest, the first one came up immediately with no specific intention but seeing some dark pixels on the screen.
The word I wrote is "care".
Then I thought it was a word that became very important for me in the last months. So, I decided to challenge myself to distil this year into three words. And the three I put on the title of this post are the ones that came out.
Care. Presence. Spirituality.
This year I learned the incredible power of caring for someone or something. As I wrote before, something extraordinary happens when we give ourselves to something or someone we love and care for. We overcome our inner blocks and find strengths and potential within ourselves we didn't know were even there.
I also learned the power of presence in all its forms. Being present to others is the most precious gift we can give. Being present in and to what we do is how we reach mastery.
The last one is spirituality. This year, I've learned that wonder is my spiritual practice. And that through spirituality, I can learn to hold the whole of humanity in all my words and actions.
What are your three words to distil 2022?
