Yesterday, I talked with my family about how much we all struggle with the end of things. From death, the scariest of them all, to all the other ends we face through life, like the end of relationships, work, experiences and so on.
Even the "end" of material stuff can become an issue, with people struggling to get rid of things that don't serve them anymore.
We all know that the end is part of the journey.
Yet, we don't like to talk about it and often don't know how to deal with it.
We should treat every ending as we do with the end of the year: celebrating!
Looking back to do a quick tally of our wins and losses, keep the learnings, close the worn-out old journal, and open a new one full of blank pages to fill.
Because, in the end, every ending is a new beginning.
