One Apple A Day #995 - clean the filter
A few days ago, my lovely partner sent me an inspiring video of a lady telling about an encounter she had a few years before with a 109 years old lady.
When asked about the secret to such a long life, the old lady gave a powerful answer. She said, "you have to let things pass through you. Whether it's people, places, things, or situations, you must let them pass through you. Because when they get stuck, you get sick."
The other day I was cleaning the kitchen. I looked at the filter in the sink stopping the dirt from going down the pipe with the water. I have to clean it often to prevent the water from becoming stagnant and starting to smell.
And I realised that it's the same for our inner filters. How often do we take time to clean them? How many things got stuck in there?
How are your inner filters?
