One Apple A Day #386
Do you ever have doubts?
I do. Always.
I always question everything I do, say, think and feel.
The inspiration for this post emerged this morning from some of those challenging doubts and questions.
How much do I believe in what I do?
And what do I really believe?
Are my words coming from my heart or from my head?
Tough questions.
Though, they are also vital questions.
They help me explore my beliefs and create awareness about what I do.
I’ve learned that living in a constant state of inquiry, including self-inquiry, is a practice of mature leadership.
It is how we expand our consciousness.
Honestly, I can’t say I always find the questions. Very often, those questions lead only to other, even tougher questions.
But that what keeps me motivated.
It’s the quest that ignites my life, not the treasure.
It’s in the search that I find myself, not in the finding.
It’s this never-ending journey for truth that makes me feel alive.
I am a seeker.
So, let’s go back to my morning questions.
What do I believe?
I don’t know yet, that’s why I keep searching.
“Believe those who are seeking the truth; doubt those who find it; doubt everything, but don’t doubt of yourself.” — André Gide
