One Apple A Day #368
I love flowing water.
When I need to think, when I need answers to unknown questions, observing a river helps me.
The sound of the water, the colours, the dance of the leaves carried by the streams.
It has the power to slow down my breathing.
It feels as if the stream of water, in its journey towards the sea, captures my thoughts and clean up my mind.
Observing a river, I learned to surrender and let go.
The water never gives me the answers but it always carries away the clutter, the noise and it creates space for better questions and new solutions to emerge.
Sometimes I forget how mighty a river can be.
Then, just a few minutes walking along a torrent and it all comes back.
