One Apple A Day #356
I have no clues about what I’m going to write in the next 15 minutes.
After staring at the screen for two long minutes, my mind is as much empty as this white page.
What do you do when you have no ideas on what to do?
A friend once told me “when you don’t know what to do, do something”.
It’s good advice indeed. In doing something, whatever it is, we may do something wrong, but at least we will learn something.
But, is doing nothing always wrong? In the end, staying still is also doing something, is it?
What would happen if I stay in the moment and breathe?
We are a doing society. One that rewards the doers, the achievers. The people who take action.
Your life’s worth is defined and measured by your action, by what you do and achieve.
But what about being?
What if we decide that our lives are valuable because they exist?
What if we live with the belief that you are incredibly valuable because you exist? No matter what you do or achieve.
In the end, some words came out. They came out on their own. I didn’t do anything, or maybe I did.
I let them flow, staying in this place of unknown and observing what was emerging.
