One Apple A Day #355
I need some sleep.
And more physical activity.
I need them because I run out of steam.
Our body uses the same energy for everything.
To move, to think, to love.
I want to move more, I want to think better, and I want to love with more intensity.
So, I need more energy.
A friend told me about a simple exercise about perspective.
Take a piece of paper and lay it down on the table in landscape mode. Then draw a vertical line in the middle to divide it in two. On the left side, write something you would love to have.
In my case, it’s energy.
On the right side, write how would be and feel if you have that thing on the left side.
In my case; if I had more energy than I’d be more focused, I’d be more loving, I’d feel more positive, I’d be more active.
Then cut the paper along the line in the middle, and swap the two half.
I’m waiting to have more energy to be and feel a lot of things. What if I change perspective and I create that energy that I want by being more focused, more loving, more positive and active.
