One Apple A Day #353
Being centred. We often use this expression to describe that feeling of being aligned with our vertical axis. As if at that moment, all our layers are perfectly aligned and life can flow from the earth to the sky and back.
Being centred, or aligned, is a feeling and as such, it can be described. It has no form. What we can explain is the outcome of it. What happens to us and around us when we are in that state. When we are centred.
When it happens, I become incredibly creative. I act as if my body, my heart and my mind are one thing. There are no delays between thinking, feeling and doing. I can see things more clearly and most of all, I see possibilities everywhere. It’s not about joy or sadness. I can be centred in sorrow and grief as much as in joy and happiness.
Most of the time, I found myself aligned without seeking it. It just happens.
But some behaviours can take me there. Like walking in nature, observing the sunrise, meditation, reading, playing my guitar or a piano.
How do you know, when you are centred?
