One Apple A Day #34
She pointed her green eyes on me. At least this is what my heart saw. Becuase she was too far for my eyes to see her eyes or any other details of her face. Yet, I fall in love. She was sitting alone on the balcony facing the river. With her long white shirt, it was impossible to not see her. She was eating something, the warm sun of the first day of Spring shining on her. It was like staring at a painting. She was so beautiful. I was too far, on the other side of the river. I kept staring at her for a long minute. It was like the world disappeared around me. There was only her, me, the river and the sun. She moved slowly, completely unaware that the rest of the world existed. I was in love. I don’t know why. I didn’t know anything about her. I couldn’t see her face. But there was something in the whole scene that hit my soul. And then she tilted her head and I swear she points her eyes on me. I was damned. She stole my heart with her green eyes that I couldn’t see.
