One Apple A Day #331
These days, I am reading the biography of Steve Jobs.
He is undoubtedly someone who left a mark in the universe, and his work is universally known.
Everyone knows something about his successes and achievements. And also about his complicated character and weird behaviours.
What I find fascinating about him is how much is doing was the manifestation of his being. I believe that the key to his remarkable impact in the world is authenticity.
Yes, he had some beautiful ideas. He uniquely delivered products. His obsession with details made him stands apart from the rest of the industry.
But all his actions were not part of a deliberate strategy.
They were the reflection of who he was.
His early years, his intense human experiences defined the energy from which he sourced the configuration that allows him to make a difference in the world.
Too often we get trapped in the configuration, thinking that doing what worked before for other will work for us. In doing this, we forget to connect with our being, to listen to our energy. The result is a weak configuration that will lead to delusion.
But if we start from the being, we can connect to our inner energy and let the best configuration emerge from it, making our doing exponentially more powerful.
