One Apple A Day #316
“Standing in the intersection. Leading from the space in-between.”
The “space in-between” came out often in conversation about change and innovation.
We like to feel good.
It is human.
We prefer to spend our time with people we love and who love us in return.
We go to the places where we feel accepted.
We eat the food that we know we will like.
We have limited energy and time, so it is natural to spend them doing things that have a high probability to make us feel good.
In real life, we have limited control on our environment so we can’t always be in our bubble of love, pleasure and happiness.
But we do our best to go into that bubble.
Marketers know it. So, they do their best to attract and keep in that bubble.
Technology made all of this easier.
The digital world is easy to control, and so it is easier to stay into our reassuring bubbles. Even if we now that we don’t control them. Some algorithms do it for us.
But happen when we step aside? When we decide to leave the bubble of predictability, and we open up to what is possible?
We can see solutions that were invisible from the bubble.
We can see a new world.
Sometimes life pushes you out of your bubble, and in those uncomfortable moments, you discover new energies and potential.
You are extraordinary but to see your extraordinariness you need to step out in the space in-between.
