One Apple A Day #280
“Making the connection with the outside world”.
I am an introvert. I love to lose myself in my thoughts and dreams.
I spend hours living a scene, from the past or the future, in my head.
I write books and compose songs. I deliver inspiring speeches.
But it mostly happens between my ears.
I struggle to connect with the outside world. I always had.
Maybe it’s lack of confidence or perhaps just the fear that the outside world won’t understand my inside world.
The change began a little more than a year ago. When I posted my first article on medium. I made me realise that, through writing, I can connect the inside and the outside worlds.
It wasn’t a proper connection, but it was the first crack. A first opening through which my inner world was allowed to go outside.
Then an event in California with people I met there for the first time, made me re-discover the beauty of connecting with others. How fascinating the outside world can be. How much there is to discover and learn.
The coaching school did the rest. I discover the incredible power of connecting with people from all around the world. Their extraordinariness nurture mine.
And now it’s time to crush the last fears and fully connect with the outside world. Because it’s where life happens. It is where innovation happens.
