One Apple A Day #1120
Our task is to transform ourselves,
Into awakened multidimensional beings
Thus fulfilling our dream.
[...]
It is a journey into the unknown
Which shall lead us ever closer to home.
These words are taken from the last part of "Hold on to Me", a song by Placebo.
I fell in love with this song since the first listening. We were living in London at that time and, as it often happens in big cities, I used to spend a lot of time commuting. I can become a bit obsessive when I fall in love with a song, so I remember listening to this song for 45 minutes straight while travelling home.
At that time, my journey into human transformation and spirituality was far from starting. It would take a few more years, cities, jobs and travels before the shift that led me into coaching, mentoring, and the spiritual research that resulted in the book I co-wrote last year.
Over the years, I forgot about this song until a few days ago, when it just started while I was randomly listening to music from an app. And those words hit me again.
And I realized that the seeds of what was coming were already there. The universe was giving me signs, but I was looking somewhere else.
It's a reminder that the answers we seek are out there; we just need to learn to pay attention.
Hearing those words again - many times, obviously - made me also realize that my dream, the reason I write, is the hope to be, one day, the messenger through which the universe will speak to someone's heart and soul.
