One Apple A Day #10
When Ashley entered the room, she neede a good 30 seconds to take everything in. It was a total mess. Everything was scattered around the room. Clothes, books, cd’s, stuff she don’t recognise. All the furnitures in the room were covered.
Max was there in the middle, sitting in classical yoga position. He was wearing his best smile as he wasn’t aware of the mess —but when he is aware of whatever happening around him — and he waved at her.
“Hello baby, how was your day?”
She didn’t know if she wanted to scream, laugh or just leave and get drunk at her favorite pub. She decided to stay. This is what she always do, she stay and solve the problem.
“Hey, are you ok? Something happened at work Today? You look —”
“Stop it Mike. Are you kidding me? It looks like a bomb exploded in this room and you just there like it’s all normal. I don’t look upset. I am furious. What the hell did it happen here?”
She realised she was clinching her fists. It was like she was preparing to punch someone — and she had and idea about who — straight in the face. The pain of the nails pushing on her palm woke her up. Mike was talking. What was he trying to say?
“— and I couldn’t find it so I use a technique I found on the blog of my yoga teacher. I put everything around me and I sit in the middle so I can capture the energy of all the things until I find the one I’m looking for.”
