Choices
#2151

Sometimes, the circumstances are not ideal.
I love having time in the morning so I can go through my rituals and begin the day properly. Ideally, I need an hour and a half to myself so I can practice without a rush. This morning, though, I have half an hour. I’m committed to an early trip, and friends are waiting.
Sure, I could have woken earlier. But I didn’t. So, I’m squeezing everything in the short time I have. Including this practice. I won’t have time to review the words, fix the errors, and improve the flow.
Whatever comes up, that will be posted.
And there’s a part of me resisting. Thinking I might be able to wait and finish later.
For a moment, when I woke up, I thought about skipping today.
They are all good choices.
Maybe, even better choices.
The choice is not so important as long as we choose. And we own our choice.
So, here it is.
Time is up.
I won’t wish you a perfect day.
I wish you a day of conscious choices.
