#1347 - Discomfort
"Umbrella is comfort, rain is life! You must often leave comfort to touch the life!" — Mehmet Murat ildan, Playwright.
I'm back from eight days of mild discomfort and intense life.
Every time I pilgrimage with other fellow souls, I am amazed by the magic that hides in discomfort. The feeling of aliveness is so intense that once I'm back to a more comfortable life, I'm overwhelmed for a few days.
So, please forgive me if, for a few days, my apples will feel disconnected and confused.
My notepad is full of notes, my heart is filled with beauty, and my soul is vibrant.
Discomfort is a powerful practice.
I'm not talking about the "getting out of comfort zone" usual buzz.
I'm talking about deliberately choosing to experience some form of discomfort and staying with it until we fill life pouring on us in all its magical beauty.
