#1346 - Eight minutes.
Eight minutes.
It's the amount of time I have this morning for this practice.
Will it be enough to write something with at least some sense?
I don't know.
There are mornings when I stare at an empty screen most of the time, and then the words arrive in the last few minutes when I'm ready to give up. So, I guess I can do something.
The thing is that sometimes all we have to do is to show up. Even if we don't have enough time, energy or inspiration.
Our showing up is sending a signal to ourselves, the muse, and the universe that this thing that we do truly matters.
At least to us.
And this little moment in which I play with words matters to me.
You may have something different, like running, reading or having breakfast with your loved ones.
Whatever it is, it is showing up that matters.
And if one day, you do not have enough time, energy or inspiration.
So be it.
Show up with what you have.
It will be better tomorrow.
