#1234 - Unity
I can't help but notice the lack of unity everywhere.
We are divided and separated on so many levels.
We are separated from the environment in which we live and through which we move as if it is something else and different from us.
We are separated from others, bought into the idea that we are all competing for success and happiness. We are separated from ourselves, unable to listen to our bodies and embrace our emotions.
We are separated from the divine - universe, god, higher self, consciousness - trapped in the limitations of the material world.
And this last one is the root of all separations. Because from a material perspective, separation is the only reality.
In the material world, we are all separated entities.
And as Ruper Spira wrote, "this belief in separation is the ultimate cause of the unhappiness we experience within ourselves and the conflicts we experience between individuals, communities and nations."
That's why I feel more and more called to dedicate my work to dissolving that separation.
To create unity.
